Greenbank new builds often miss the roof plan
The roof plan must match what is built on the ground, not just the builder's idea of a roof.

In short: Roof plans do not match the dwelling, truss drawings do not follow the plan, and ridge lines are not level on Greenbank builds.
What the plan is for
The roof plan must follow the approved drawings and engineering for the house. The design is fixed before construction starts.
Plan does not match the dwelling
We have found dwellings built at Greenbank where the roof shape or pitch does not follow the approved plans. The structure is different from the design.
Truss drawings do not follow the plan
Truss drawings must match the plan exactly. We have seen cases where the truss layout on site does not match the approved drawings.
Ridge lines are not level
A level ridge line is required to keep the roof water tight. We have found uneven ridge lines on site that do not match the plan.
The fix
Remedial work is needed to bring the roof back to the approved design. The builder must rectify the non-compliance.
